Exercises during Carona Virus
- Sit straight if you can. Keep your hands around your rib cage. Breathe in deeply through your nose then breathe out. If you take three seconds to breathe in then you take also three seconds to breathe out. When you breathe in deeply your hands feels air to the base of lungs. Repeat ten times if you are comfortable for doing this exercise.
- Take a balloon. Blow out in balloon and inhale through the nose.
- Take water in glass and also take a straw in it. Blow out in straw and inhale through the nose.
- Take a deep breath and inhale for three seconds then hold for five seconds. Now, exhale for three seconds. Repeat 10 times.
- Lie down on the bed with pillow under your head. Raise your both hands towards the roof then back down. Make sure you feel comfortable for doing this exercise. Repeat five times. Do exercise twice a day.
Exercises after Carona Virus recovery
- First sit on the edge of bed. Bring your hands down on the sides of the bed. Then push down your feet and come up into semi-standing position. Now slowly lifting up yourself, hold for three second then slowly back to the starting position. Repeat 10 times.
- Sit straight on chair. Bring your shoulders forward and around up towards your ears and rolls back. Take a rest for two to three seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.
- Sit straight on the edge of bed. Lift your one knee in-front of your face then relax and lift the second knee. Repeat 10 times with both legs.
- Lie down on your bed with pillow under your head. Fold your legs and keep your feet parallel. Lift up your hip and hold for five seconds. Then relax and back the starting position. Take a rest for three seconds. Repeat 10 times.
- Lie down on your bed with pillow under your head. Fold your one leg with feet flat. Raise your second leg and hold it for five seconds. Return back to starting position. Repeat 10 times.
- Lie down on your bed with pillow under your head. Fold your legs with feet flat. Bring your hands to the knee and pull yourself. Hold for three seconds and relax. Then do the same process with other leg. Repeat 10 times each leg.
- Lie down on your bed with pillow under your head. Fold your legs with feet flat. Slowly down your knees on one side and then other side. Repeat 10 times.
