Then, double knee rotation stretch (laying on back, both knees are bent and keep both knees together and simply drop them one side and another side). Single knee to chest (keep right leg straight and hold left leg with both hands and pull up into chest). Lower back extension (prone on hands and pull your head up just like seeing sky hold it or 5 second).

My first exercise is going to be a bridge (lay down on your back with your knees, bent both of your feet are flat on the floor, squeeze your hip and use that contraction to lift your hips up off of the floor, now as you lift up go as high as you can comfortably hold that contraction). Second exercise is like swimming (lay down on your stomach with your arms stretched out over your head then lift your right arm up off of the ground and your left leg up off the ground hold that for one to two seconds then return slowly to that starting position and repeat with your left arm and your right leg so, that is the swimmer looks like the key here is that enhance and focus on that glute contraction).

Joint mobilization (to mobilize the joint means movement of joint to increase the range of motion and reducing pain. It also used to manage musculoskeletal dysfunction).

Soft tissue massage (is a type of manual therapy, it helps to reduce the strain of joint and muscles, it also helps to reducing the severity of pain).

Spinal manipulation (combines moving and jolting joints. It relieves the pressure on joints. In neurological response to reflex the rapid changes in muscle tone, motor control and pain reduction).

Muscle energy technique (producing accessory movement and lengthening the muscles, it also improve the blood circulation to helping the muscles to become stronger).

  • Short wave diathermy is applied to using electric or magnetic waves that produce heat. It mainly use to deep heating in soft tissues and joints.
  • Ultrasonic therapy is an electrical-therapy producing sound waves that used in muscular spams, joint stiffness, Soft-tissue massage and reducing pain.
  • Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) ) is producing electric current which helps to stimulation, this is also called electrical-therapy. It is used for pain relief.
  • Jade therapy jade is a stone also known as miracle stone. It produces negative ion which helps to increase the healing process.
